Terms of use

Effective October 11, 2026 · Eurekable Co., Ltd. · Contact dev@eurekable.space

1. Scope

These terms apply to the Onfeel iOS app provided by Eurekable Co., Ltd. (“we”) and to the template, sticker and notebook packs you get in the app (“content”). Anything not covered here is governed by the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Free use and subscription

The app’s core features and every template, sticker and notebook included in the app are free. Some new packs in the market come with a subscription. Without a subscription, free features and free packs keep working.

3. Auto-renewing subscription

4. How you may use subscription content

Subscription content is licensed to you for your personal study and records inside the app; ownership is not transferred. You may not extract content files to distribute, sell or share them, or upload them to other services.

5. After a subscription ends

6. Your material and copyright

You hold the rights to, and are responsible for, the textbooks, documents and recordings you scan or import. Onfeel is a personal study tool and has no feature for sharing or distributing scans. Use other people’s works only as copyright law allows (for example, private use), and follow the applicable laws and rules — such as getting the lecturer’s permission — when recording lectures.

7. Changes to the service and liability

We may change features or the make-up of packs to improve the app and market content. Packs you have already downloaded stay on your device. Recognized text and search results can differ from the original, so check important passages against the source. Because your material lives on your device, we recommend backing it up with iCloud sync or PDF export.

Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app, unless such liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Apple Standard EULA

Your licence to use the app is governed by the Apple Standard EULA. Apple is not a party to these terms; we, not Apple, are responsible for maintaining and supporting the app and its content.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises, please contact us first; if it cannot be resolved, it will be settled by the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply where they do.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the effective date on this page and announce material changes that are unfavourable to you in the app or on this page before they take effect.
